The machine is designed for feeding thick and semi-thick products, creams, meat and vegetable sauces, jams with particulates, marmalades and gelatines, ketchup, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, honey, mayonnaise, pesto, paté, melted cheese, sweet cream fillings, syrups and similar products. A sturdy base made from full stainless steel supports a rotary tank to which four filling pistons ( 4 to 12) are connected, complete with tapered male cocks and filling nozzles suited to the type of product. In case of products that form threads or have particulates, no nozzle is installed, the outlet is designed to prevent accumulation of product and to neatly cut the solid parts and/or the threads that are typical of viscous products. The level of product in the tank is controlled by an automatic device which triggers the feed valve when needed. The product holding tank is insulated to limit heat dispersion into the atmosphere; when requested, a product heating coil (steam or hot water) is installed inside the tank, the surface of the coil and inner surface of the tank are mirror polished. Changes in dose quantity are controlled by an adjustable cam; adjustments can also be made with the machine running. Rotation and conveyor speed are controlled by an inverter, directly from the control panel. All the parts that come into contact with the product are stainless steel AISI 316. The machine is equipped with a NO CAN-NO FILL device and with safety devices for automatic stopping in case of jams. Switchboard in watertight box (protection degree IP 65), low voltage 24 V controls. The machine is normally equipped for one size. The machine is fitted with the safety guards required by the applicable machine directive.
