2003 - 2007

2003
1) Water-bath pasteurization tank
Automatic cycle with electronic control of parameters and processing data recording.
The machine is perfectly insulated with rock wool; it can be supplied with steam, electricity or direct gas flame.

2) Work bench equipped with vacuum filler 176-1, volumetric filler A1-E with automatic volume adjustment, single-head vacuum capper G42.

3) Overcapper with direct extraction
Designed to enable the application of large lids and adaptable to all standard sizes by replacing the dedicated pit: an effective solution if you need to cut costs.

4)Rectangular overcapper and multi-lane feeding with pneumatic pick & place.
Equipped with pressure belt for clicking lid into place.

2004
Automatic line for honey packaging
The line comprises maturation tanks, empty jar feeding disc, twister linear blower, volumetric filler A1A, linear capper G45, labelling machine for half-wrapping body label and guarantee seal, final accumulation disc. Production output is 1200 jars/hour

2) Packaging line for soluble barley and coffee
For the first time this machine is equipped with a dynamic accumulation disc buffer and a lid applicator with air-jet reject system.

3) Six-head rotary high vacuum capper 194-6.
It works with four different sizes and includes a magnetic disc cap feeder with loading from bottom.
The machine is installed in Greece where it is still in production in a pickle line.

4) Twelve-head rotary high vacuum capper 194-12.
It works with three different sizes and includes a cap feeder with loading from bottom.
The machine is still in the production line in a very important Greek sweet manufacturing company.

2005
1) Single-head vacuum carousel capper G50
Jar are fed manually: an evolution of the G42 version, designed to improve production with same operator. The machine is still in operation in Spain.

2) Weight-based filling system for oil
Installed on a number of production lines in a factory producing sauces with basil, olives, artichokes, etc.
The operator enters the recipe and the PLC recalls the various type of oil and/or vinegar required in the recipe; when completed, the content of the preparation hopper is unloaded into the cutter below.
The hopper is installed on load cells that feature high accuracy and high repeatability of the doses.

3) Automatic system for the preparation and packaging of ricotta cream in tubs, trays, cans.
The system has a large production with no less than 3000 Kg/hour of finished product and only 4 line operators. It comprises an automatic ricotta and sugar feeding phase, a vacuum mixing phase with the duration defined in the recipe, unloading of the product into the storage tank, a refining phase through a special “Cream sieve”, the filling phase with a Mass filler M.4, the closing phase with automatic, continuous cap press, coding of each package, final accumulation on disc.
The system was specifically designed: every one of our machines is a unique piece.

4) Automatic system for the packaging of jams and creams in glass jars and metal cans.
The line comprises an all-purpose blower, a volumetric filler A1A, two-head vacuum filler, automatic seaming machine, automatic linear capper G45, feeding and accumulation discs, linear labeller, connecting conveyors.
For the first time an air conditioning system was adopted with rooms maintained under pressure to prevent entry of insects and small animals and avoid pollution of treated air.

5) High-speed overcapper, mod. 641
Output capacity over 450 pcs/min. For the first time the machine comprised systems for visual checking of pieces and a progressive ejection system for defective pieces using encoder controlled air  jets.
The system for feeding lids was designed specifically to ensure efficiency at high speed .
The machine is installed in Nigeria in a condensed milk production line.

2006
1) Rotolinear volumetric filler 2XP with full electronic control.
The machine is designed to accurately measure products with particulates, such as meat and vegetables sauces, diced fruit in syrup. The machine can fill any kind of thick product such as sauces, paté, jam, honey, etc.
All the adjustments are power-assisted and saved in the recipes.

2) Medium-speed overcapper, mod. 642
Output capacity over 200 pcs/min. For the first time the plastic container handled has a truncated cone shape:  the lid contains the small fork used to consume the product.
The machine is installed in an important food processing company in South-West France.

3) Automatic pallet stacking-unstacking magazine
Equipped with safety guards and sliding access door.  Extremely easy to integrate in any line.  All the machine movements are electrical-mechanical.

2007
1) Automatic three-head vacuum capper for Pano caps
Vibration feeder with high output capacity.
The machine is absolutely innovative and provides a definitive solution to the problems connected to this kind of closure.
Size changeover adjustments are centralized and power-assisted; all the parameters are saved in recipes that can be recalled from the control panel display.
Vacuum can be switched on or off as needed, even with the machine running.

2) Complete line for packaging of anchovies in oil
The line handles glass jars of various sizes with Pano or Twist-off caps.
The supply also included the first two-head vacuum capper G60, a six-head rotary vacuum filler, an automatic three-head capper for Pano caps with vibration feeder.
