1978 - 1982

1978
Vacuum volumetric filler
This filler was designed for very thick, viscous consommé pasta. That product had till then been very difficult to manage using traditional volumetric systems.
The machine, ordered by an important local company, is still in operation.

1978 - 1979
Modular conveyor solutions
a) Conveyors with cardan chain (patented system).
All the components have been designed for quick, safe installation by the end user, who receives the conveyor as an assembly kit.
This system is still used by many companies.

b) Double tower with Heliflex chain, for accumulation buffers, cooling, heating and deaeration systems, etc.

c) Rubber pad conveyors for transferring cans, jars, bottles, crates, blister packs and other objects from  one level to another, and for overpassing lines and other obstacles.
The design includes centralized adjustment of conveying width, directly from the control panel,  and recording of data in recipe.

All of these systems are now commonly used.

1980
1)  Vacuum filler for preserving liquid (oil, vinegar, brine) with a special axial valve, triggered directly by the container, thus eliminating the classic, expensive valve triggering systems. Thanks to this valve, if a jar breaks the shutter closes automatically, preventing further product loss.
The system has been adopted by many machinery manufacturers.
Goldoni has developed this product in line with the progress of technology and is still making this type of machine in a bench-top single-head version, line version and multiple-head rotary version.

2) Dry vacuum capper for twist-off caps.
This machine is suitable for powder products such as coffee, barley, cocoa, salt, freeze-dried products, citrates, lumpfish and salmon roe, caviar, sauces and creams.
Right from the first prototype, this machine was designed with the possibility of injection of inert gas such as nitrogen (controlled atmosphere).
Goldoni has delivered many machines with this feature in Italy, Greece, France and Spain in several industry sectors.
The small single-head was then followed by 3,4,6,12 head rotary machines for output up to 12000 pcs/hour.

1981
This was the year of non-food sectors. Goldoni designed and produced:

  • Assembly and storage system for c.c. motors for an important mechanical industry.
  • Bullet emptying and TNT recovery system for Army powder factory.
  • Self-propelled drilling tower for seismic tests
  • System for the production of mothballs for an important company in Mantua.
